PerformaFlex MR Muscle Rub: Born from Trackside Insight
PerformaFlex MR Muscle Rub is the result of nearly 15 years of hands-on youth track and field and elite athlete coaching based on one simple question at a Connecticut AAU District Qualifier: “Y’all ain’t even got any muscle rub?” Inspired by the real needs of athletes, founder Gail H. Williams combined her coaching expertise with 40 years of corporate experience at companies like Xerox, Gartner Group, Oracle, Sprint Business, and Subway World Headquarters. Her background in project management, learning and development, and human resources enabled her to transform a trackside idea into a market-ready product.
