A Coach’s Vision, A Business Professional’s Precision
Gail’s experience began on the track, where she co-founded successful nationally recognized youth programs such as Danbury FLYERS Elite and Danbury LIGHTNING Youth Track and Field.
As Head Coach and Commissioner, she mentored over 500 athletes to championship levels, witnessing firsthand the need for a reliable, natural solution for muscle recovery and calming the performance “jitters”.
Her dual perspective as a coach and accomplished USATF Masters athlete fueled her commitment to developing a superior natural product.
GAIL WILLIAMS
is certified by the AAU in Positive Coaching Alliance and SafeSport, and she holds a National level USATF certification as an official specializing in high jump, long jump, triple jump, and shot put. Her leadership extends to serving on the Middle School Western Connecticut Track and Field Conference Board of Governance and co-founding the Danbury LIGHTNING Youth Track and Field, where she also served as Commissioner. Her accomplishments in coaching and athlete development led to her appointment as the AAU CT Chair for Track and Field.​

In addition to her coaching career, Gail is an accomplished athlete herself, earning USATF Masters medals in the 55m, 200m, and shot put. Outside of her coaching duties, she works as a Project Director in the legal field and provides private one on one technical training for youth, high school and collegiate athletes through ASKiSI Sport Performance, assisting them in achieving higher levels of athletic performance. ASKiSI Sports program also can assist in better results in military fitness tests.
